Access to the Gospel in South Asia
There are 691 million people in this unreached region who still don’t have access to the Gospel.
Since 2021, All Access members have mobilized more than $87,000 to TEA to train over 600 national believers in four of the most unreached and closed countries in South Asia to study the Bible, make disciples and plant churches among the unreached communities around them. The regions where TEA is working include 691 million unreached people from 2,470 unreached people groups (UPGs), about 34% of the global total number of UPGs. Since 2021, this investment in TEA has resulted in over 1,900 new churches with more than 14,300 new believers and 6,700 baptisms among 1,305+ UPGs, averaging about $45 per new church and $6 per new believer.
Program Activities
Currently, we are helping fund the training of 240 local believers in four countries over two years in non-formal theological education, integrated disciple-making and church-planting movements.
Expected Outputs and Outcomes
Based on previous evidence, we expect these 240 trained believers to plant 480+ first-generation underground churches with 5,700+ new disciples from 95+ unreached people groups by January 2025, increasing the percent of the population that has access to the Gospel.
sponsors a local believer with one year of training, resulting in ~3 churches and ~30 new believers.
